Republic day is observed every 26th of January in India. It is the day after Independence we gave to ourselves the laws of the land, the Constitution of India. On 26th Jan 1950 in the Parliament of India, a huge announcement was made declaring that from now on the nation will abide by the rules listed for its citizens’ welfare and growth.
