Adnan Water Tank rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks: Rotational Moulding, also called rotomoulding, is a process in which polyethylene Linear Low-Density Polyethylene Tanks (LLDPE) material is heated to melt in a pre-heated mould. The molten material initially forms to a puddle at the bottom of the mould cavity and then the mould is rotated slowly in two perpendicular axes simultaneously resulting the molten material to flow into the mould and stick to the walls and finally give a shape of the tank. The mould continues to rotate even during cooling and helps to maintain an even thickness throughout the tank.
